TERMS OF USE

Aside from 24 hour rentals, all pick ups can be made after 8:30 AM on the first day of your rental and are due to return NO LATER THAN 10 PM on the last day of your rental. We do have a very strict return policy and you will be charged a minimum of $50 of 10 PM if the cart is not returned. Our staff will not wait for you past 10:30 PM. If you do not make contact before 11pm, an additional $100 will be charged to you. 

FAQS ABOUT OUR LOW SPEED VEHICLES

• CHARGING takes 3-4 continuous hours of plug in time. 
• Parking LSVs should be the same as parking a car. 
• It doesn’t require fuel, it’s easy to recharge and cost pennies per day to operate.
• Our LSVs meets the standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, making it an ideal alternative for everyday suburban or in-town excursions.
• DO NOT DRIVE ANYWHERE EXCEPT ON THE ROADS. BEACHES ARE NOT ALLOWED. 
•  It's powered exclusively by electricity and is legal to drive on roads with speed limits up to 35 mph.
• Up to 30 miles on one charge. It is your responsibility to charge. 
• Required seat belts in every seat
• Safety-glass windshield 
• Child restraints in LSVs must meet the same standards as those used in passenger vehicles

• You must have a valid driver license to operate a LSV and be at least 18.

• You are subject to the same violations as other vehicles (except for the regular inspection requirements). You must pay parking meters.
• While on a public roadway, the operator could cross over a road with a posted speed limit of more than 35 miles per hour but must travel on roadways with posted limits of 25 miles per hour or less.
• It is the law that you do not cross either of the bridges leaving town.
• Your child may not drive or sit on the driver’s lap while the vehicle is in use.
